This app is a waste of time. The designers clearly have no experience in language education.

This game is really great because you can learn Greek really fast and easy. Get this game guys!!

I lovvvvvvvved it ,it helped me get started on my Greek.

This app would be infinitely more useful if it at least had the article with the nouns. Gender matching is often the hardest part for English speakers. The quiz is also not very useful. It is too easy to pick the correct answer from multiple choice without really knowing the word. I'd rather have the option to type in your answer.

This is a great app. For everyone out there who says they hate it, this is the FREE version. And it's called Greek ESSENTIALS. Not, "Learn How to Ask Where the Nearest Salon Is in Greek". If you wanted something like that, get the full paid version or Rosetta Stone. The one thing that I didn't like was that it didn't tell me how to say "yes" or "no", even though I already knew them.

I just now installed this, but can't figure out what the main menu is supposed to me. Just a hodge-podge of meaningless choices. I guess I'm expected to look through each of the options until I find one that's relevant or useful. I did that and still don't know what the options are supposed to be. There appear to be at least four options to look at flashcards, for example, but only one of those options is labeled flashcards. There's "Study," which is flashcards, or "Flashcards,".which is more flashcards, and "Spaced Repetition," whatever that's supposed to mean, which is more flashcards. Then ther's "Audio Afvance," whatever that's supposed to mean, which is more flashcards. Starts out largely with many-syllabled words without ever teaching the basics of pronunciation.

I hated it. All the words I wanted to learn were not on this stupid app! >:(

I love it! The native speaker is easy to understand. There are only 132 words and it doesn't teach conversation but for a free app, it helped to build my vocab as well as reading Greek words.

Great app, BUT it needs wayyy more words. Hardly any of the words I need to study are on here! Add all vocab from David Black's Learn to Read New Testament Greek! Please!

The reason I got this was for the translator. This app is worthless to me now. So like someone said before me translator gone and so am I.

Good but can someone tell me how to get audio quiz to work....my volume is all the way up, I don't get it?

It's pretty good but I have to agree that you need to add the articles male, female and neutral to some of these words. But it's still a great app and helps a lot!

It crashes everytime a use it and it didn't help me what so ever

...omission: the app doesn't quiz for articles, which are very important in Greek. Without the article you won't know if it's a feminine, masculine or neuter noun (e.g.) Other than that it is great. Free, good pronunciation, and a decent word selection make it worth owning.
